Public Safety Communications
Professional Program
This nine week course will prepare students for employment in the field. This course is designed to assist students in becoming proficient in Call Taking, Dispatching, 9-1-1 and Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) duties. Successful completion of the Public Safety Communications Professional Program will prepare students for a career in Police, Fire or Ambulance Dispatching, and also be beneficial to all areas of Call Centre employment.
